Production before dispatch
Production begins when your order and artwork are ready. These are working days before dispatch; carrier transit follows separately.
Review your artwork, product choices, recipient details and final total, then pay at checkout. Our printing team checks the artwork before production.
Framed prints
Indicative production: 3–5 working days before dispatch.

Select the delivery destination before choosing your products. You will see the range and prices available for that region.
United Kingdom
Our widest online range, including additional papers, mounts, coloured frames and canvas. Estimated UK carrier transit is 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Europe (EU countries)
Delivery to the 27 EU countries. Standard matte unframed and framed prints are available in the supported sizes and standard frame finishes.
United States
Delivery to the United States. Standard matte unframed and framed prints are available in the supported sizes and standard frame finishes.

Your customer. Your brand.
Neutral packaging is standard. We can include customer-supplied flyers, labels and inserts, or label boxes, without an extra service charge when arranged in advance.
How to arrange your inserts and labels
Supply the materials and clear written placement instructions in advance. Tell us which orders need them before production starts. The no-extra-service-charge arrangement covers inclusion or application—not the design, manufacture or supply of branded materials.

Packing
Unframed prints are usually packed in tubes, depending on size and order. Framed prints use protective packaging and boxes. We choose the packing for the product and quantity.
Framed prints are shrink-wrapped to keep corner protection in place.
Dispatch and tracking
Every dispatched order is tracked. Connected sales channels receive tracking automatically; portal customers can follow their order through their account.
Carrier transit is additional to production. Check the service and destination before promising a delivery date to your customer. A tracking label may be created before the carrier’s first collection scan.
VAT and delivery charges
Product prices shown in your account exclude VAT. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are shown in the final checkout total before you pay.
