UK business orders

Cancellations, damage and returns

This policy covers UK business orders supplied by PrintPost, a trading name of G M C MARKETING LIMITED. It explains change-of-mind cancellations, damage, delivery loss and returns.

Change-of-mind cancellations

Once a paid order has been accepted by PrintPost, we do not accept cancellations because you or your customer have changed your mind. Production may begin automatically after acceptance.

For online account ordering, check the artwork, product choices, delivery details and final total before paying at checkout. Adding a product to the cart does not itself mean a paid order has been accepted. A message asking to cancel does not itself stop an accepted order.

Correctly supplied products

Products are made to order using the artwork and product choices supplied for the job. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds for correctly supplied business orders. Any goodwill exception must be agreed with customer service.

Damaged, incorrect or lost items

If we confirm damage caused during production or transit, or establish that a parcel has been lost in transit, our normal resolution is a free replacement. We cover the replacement product and its delivery.

If the product or specification supplied is incorrect, customer service will review the order and arrange an appropriate correction or other remedy. We compare the finished item with the artwork and specification agreed for the job.

We consider a refund where a suitable replacement cannot be supplied promptly, a replacement also fails, or a refund is legally required. The outcome depends on the issue and your applicable rights; replacement is not the only possible remedy.

Where we refund an affected product, we refund the amount paid for that product, including VAT charged on it. We also address the original delivery charge where the affected delivery failed, and any delivery refund required by law. If an order contains other successfully supplied items, customer service will explain how the affected delivery charge is treated.

How to report an order issue

Use our contact form and select the relevant order issue. Include your order reference and a short description of what happened. Please report the issue as soon as you can.

For damage, keep clear photographs of the damaged item and, where available, the outer packaging. Our team will reply to arrange the photographs and any further information needed. The contact form does not accept attachments. Do not include sign-in codes, payment details or private customer artwork links.

For a missing parcel, we check the tracking and delivery information to establish what has happened. A parcel running late is not automatically treated as lost. An incorrectly supplied address, refused delivery or missed collection is assessed on its own facts; it is not automatically a production fault or carrier loss.

We do not impose an automatic 24- or 48-hour cutoff that removes every right to report a fault discovered later.

Returns and collection

Contact customer service before sending anything back. We normally resolve issues through a replacement or refund and request a physical return only where needed.

If we request a return, we provide the authorised PrintPost delivery address and instructions privately. Do not use a registered-office address or choose a unit without those instructions. Where a return or collection is needed for a confirmed issue for which PrintPost is responsible, we arrange or cover the reasonable agreed return or collection cost.

Keep the item while we review the claim. Do not dispose of it until customer service confirms the next step.

Your applicable rights

The change-of-mind restrictions do not remove rights arising from defective or incorrectly supplied goods, non-delivery or another breach of contract. This policy does not exclude or restrict any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Different legal rules apply to genuine consumer purchases. An account or shop URL alone does not remove those rights. Your responsibilities to your own buyers are separate from your business order with PrintPost.
