Fewer than 50 orders a month, or trying PrintPost first? Explore online ordering

From first conversation to connected orders.

Our team works through the setup with you before connected orders begin.

  1. Tell us about your business

Share your shop, sales channels, products and delivery destinations. We discuss what you need and confirm the available connection and commercial arrangements.

  2. Prepare the connection together

We agree product and artwork mapping, payment arrangements, tracking and exception handling. The setup is checked before it is put into use.

  3. Start connected fulfilment

Once the setup is agreed and checked, eligible standard orders can flow automatically. Personalised or unusual jobs may still need attention.

Built around where you sell.

Talk to us about connecting these sales channels, another platform, or a direct API connection from your own system. A direct API connection can pass orders from your software into our production workflow. We agree the products, artwork, payment and tracking flow, then check the connection before orders begin.

Discuss your setup

Your artwork. A controlled route to print.

For connected production, approved artwork moves through our encrypted storage and print workflow when an order or reprint requires it.

Stored for production

Approved print files are held in encrypted storage and delivered to the production print system for the job.

Controlled access to your artwork

Approved files go straight to print through our integrated workflow. Production access is limited to printing; file downloads, editing and deletion are reserved for authorised administrators.

Less manual handling

After integration and product mapping, eligible orders can reach printing automatically. This reduces repeated data entry, file handling and the opportunity for manual errors.

Can a larger business try the portal first?

Yes. You can use the portal to try the products and service before arranging an integration, and continue using it for individual orders afterwards.
